Veteran women who happen to be entrepreneurs can now take advantage of this new program in Texas. The Center for Women Entrepreneurs at Texas Woman’s University announced its latest grant program that benefits females.
Up to $250,000 in grant funds will be awarded to Texas women entrepreneurs. Anywhere between $1,000 to $10,000 will be allocated to women who are trying to start a business or already have an existing business. This is surely encouraging the community around Texas to support their women and their business ventures.

The Veteran Woman Entrepreneur Grant in Texas is announcing the winners on June 12, 2021. This is during Women Veterans Day, any application must be sent before 5 p.m. on May 14. How Will The Veteran Women Entrepreneur Fund Money Be Used?
If you are lucky enough to be a winner, you may use the winning grant funds to purchase machinery, equipment or technology. Winners man also use the fund money for inventory, raw materials, fixtures, improvements, marketing and any other business expense.
While the fund covers a lot of ground, the winning funds may not be used for wages or bonuses to staff members. All winners will also have to complete a virtual training series that ensures basic business skills. Visit the center today for more information.
